If your account is compromised, follow these steps immediately to secure it:
Password Reset.
Via the app:
- Launch the application
- Click on login
- Input your phone number
- Click on “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions. A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number
Via the website:
- Launch your browser and input www.mypaga.com
- Click on the three dots at the top right side of the phone screen and select "desktop site"
- Type in your username or phone number
- Click on the "forgot password" option
- On the page that comes up, follow the instructions for a successful password reset
- Select either SMS or email to receive a password recovery code to reset your password.
To unlink all devices from your account:
- Enter www.mypaga.com on your browser
Via an Android phone:
- Click on the three dots at the top right side of the browser,
- Scroll down, and click on the desktop site
Via an iPhone phone:
- Click on AA on the left side of the browser to change to a desktop site
- Enter your login details
- Click on settings
- Click on devices
- The list of the devices linked to your Paga account will be displayed, you can then click on remove device to remove all the linked devices.
