For added security and peace of mind, you can temporarily disable transactions on your card at any time in your Paga app. Follow these simple steps to get started:


  • Login to your Paga app and Click on Cards
  • Click on your active physical card
  • Click on the Freeze card button and transactions will be immediately disabled on your card.
  • To allow transactions on your card, you just need to follow the same steps and click Unfreeze card

If you have lost, damaged, or had your card stolen, we advise you to immediately block your card and request a replacement. You can block your card in the app by following these steps:

  • Select the Card option on your main app screen or menu
  • Click on your active physical card and tap details to see more
  • Click delete card and confirm your action when you see a prompt
  • We’ll transfer the balance on your card back to your Paga account and immediately disable your card. Please note this process is irreversible
