I am not sure if the recipient is registered on Paga. What should I do?

It won't matter if the recipient is a Paga customer or not. If the recipient is not a Paga customer, once you send the money using either a phone number or email address, Paga immediately sends the recipient clear and easy steps to take in order to claim the money sent. If it is not claimed in 30 days however, the money would be automatically returned to your Paga wallet.
