To fix this, kindly follow the steps below:

  • Update your app and open it 

  • Follow the on-screen prompts and input either your NIN or BVN as required

  • For BVN, input your OTP and validate your account

  • If you don’t get the OTP, kindly confirm the DND status on the account and also reach out to the bank to update the details linked to the BVN

Your account will be restored to your previous KYC level
