The ATM did not give me cash but deducted my balance

If this happens, don’t worry! It’s likely the amount deducted is only an authorization and will be automatically refunded to your card within a couple of days.

Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but here’s what you can do:

  • As mentioned earlier, there’s still a chance the pending money will be refunded to your card after 7 days - so please, wait 7 days and then contact us via any of our channels

  • If the transaction clears and you’re not refunded after 7 days, please let our customer experience team know immediately, and we’ll guide you through how to file a dispute and recover your money
