If this happens, don’t worry! It’s likely the amount deducted is only an authorization and will be automatically refunded to your card within a couple of days.
Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but here’s what you can do:
As mentioned earlier, there’s still a chance the pending money will be refunded to your card after 7 days - so please, wait 7 days and then contact us via any of our channels
If the transaction clears and you’re not refunded after 7 days, please let our customer experience team know immediately, and we’ll guide you through how to file a dispute and recover your money
