- Click ‘withdraw from bank’ offering
- Enter the desired amount
- Enter customer’s details (i.e. bank, account number, and phone number)
- Enter withdrawal OTP sent to customer’s phone number at the bank or token generated by the customer on the next page.
- Click ‘go’ to confirm amount
- A ‘transaction success’ message will be displayed on the screen
