- Click on ‘withdraw from Paga’ offering
- Enter the amount to be withdrawn by the customer
- Enter withdrawal details i.e. withdrawal code and customer phone number on Paga
- Click ‘go’ to confirm entries are correct
- Click ‘go’ to complete the transaction
- You will be presented with a ‘transaction success’ message (if successful)
- Your e-float balance increases by the exact amount of funds withdrawn
