Our customers, agents, or business partners can use their user identification, which can be either an email address, phone number, username, or account number, and the transaction ID generated for the subject transaction to check the status of any transaction done on the Paga platform.
The webpage also offers our customers the ability to confirm the status of bank transfers performed on any of the Nigerian banks where the destination is a Paga wallet. Customers only need to put in the Bank name and the session Id to find out the status of the transaction. The Paga verify webpage achieves this feat by syncing with the Nigerian Inter-bank settlement system servers to confirm the status of transactions inbound on Paga.
