If you are paying for something online and it’s unsuccessful, there are a number of reasons. It could be because:

  • You don’t have enough money in your card

  • You entered the wrong card information (CVV, Expiry date) more than 3 times. If this happens, we might temporarily block your card

  • You’ve gone over your card limit, see details Here

  • You entered the wrong OTP or have not approved the payment as part of the 3DS secure process

  • The merchant you are trying to buy from is not supported for security reasons
