If your card gets stuck at an ATM, most banks won’t return your card for security reasons.

If this happens to you, we recommend that you immediately block your card and request a replacement. 

You can block your card in the app by following these steps;

  • Select the Card option on your main app screen

  • Go to the card screen of the active physical card you want to block

  • Tap details and block (report the card as lost or stolen)

  • We’ll transfer your funds back to your Paga account and permanently disable your card

You can quickly request a replacement card after you block your old card.
