To activate your card, all you need to do is:
Select the Card option on your main app screen or menu.
Click on “Activate Card” and enter the 10-digit serial number printed at the back of your card (example: 0012345678).
Enter the last four digits of your card (printed on the back of your card).
That’s it. Your card will be activated and ready for use.
No mobile app? No worries
Simply dial *242*20*card serial number# and follow the prompts. Example *242*20*0012345678#
