  • Ensure the terminal has the right application IP address. If the issue persists, contact your account officer.

  • Confirm that GPRS Sim is active. Switch off the POS for 1 minute and restart. If the same error occurs, contact your account officer.

License Server Unavailable

  • Confirm that the terminal configuration parameters are correctly prepped. 
  • If the issue persists, please replace with an active Sim.

Connection Failed

  • Network error. Confirm that GPRS Sim is active. 
  • Switch off the POS for 1 minute and restart. 
  • If the same error occurs, contact your account officer.

  • Network error. Confirm that GPRS Sim is active. 
  • Switch off the POS for 1 minute and restart.

  • Network error. Confirm that GPRS Sim is active.

  • Clear reversal queue severally.
  • Delete keys and Power-cycle POS. 
  • Try transaction again
