I don't know my *242# PIN, how do I reset it or get a new one?

You can reset your PIN using any of the below options

(1) Using the Mobile App

  • Log in to your Paga account via the App

  • In the side menu, click on settings

  • Click on the Edit PIN button

  • Enter your New PIN (4 digits)

  • Enter your password

  • Click on Update


2) Dial *242*9# to reset or change your PIN

  • Select option 13
  • Select Option 2 ( Forgot PIN )
  • Inside the forgot PIN window, select option 1
  • (Call our customer service on 07000007242 to get the temporary PIN) Enter your temporary PIN given to you
  • Enter your new PIN
  • Confirm your new PIN 


3) Visit www.mypaga.com and follow the below steps

  • Log in to your Paga account
  • In the side menu, under My Paga, click settings
  • In the Security section, click the Reset PIN button
  • Enter your New PIN (4 digits)
  • Confirm your New PIN
  • Save
