I don't know my *242# PIN, how do I reset it or get a new one?

You can reset your PIN using any of the below options

(1) Using the Mobile App

Log in to your Paga account via the App
In the side menu, click on settings
Click on the Edit PIN button
Enter your New PIN (4 digits)
Enter your password
Click on Update

2) Dial *242*9# to reset or change your PIN

Select option 13
Select Option 2 ( Forgot PIN )
Inside the forgot PIN window, select option 1
(Call our customer service on 07000007242 to get the temporary PIN) Enter your temporary PIN given to you
Enter your new PIN
Confirm your new PIN

3) Visit www.mypaga.com and follow the below steps

Log in to your Paga account
In the side menu, under My Paga, click settings
In the Security section, click the Reset PIN button
Enter your New PIN (4 digits)
Confirm your New PIN
Save
