No. Linking your PayPal account to Paga does not enable PayPal Checkout.
At this time, PayPal Checkout is not supported for PayPal Nigeria (NG) accounts. Checkout is part of the next phase, and once it is enabled, users will be able to receive payments through Goods & Services and send money via PayPal.
