You can grant access to users on the User Management model. This enables businesses to manage access and control permissions directly within the platform, improving operational efficiency and reducing reliance on support teams.


To access it.

  •  Log in to the business portal 
  • Navigate to Settings and click on it.
  • The User management interface is displayed.
  • Use the Add User button to provide their details (Username, First Name, Last Name, Phone number, and Email address) 
  • Then select the roles by checking the box and click add user to save.
