How do I cancel an order and process refunds?

• Open Billing and tap the Navigation Bar (three lines on the top left).

• Select Orders > All Orders.

• Choose the invoice and product to cancel.

• Tap Void Bill to cancel the order.

• Tap Refund next to the product.

• Adjust the quantity as needed, then tap Refund again.

• Select the refund method
